But beneath the surface, roots are spreading — wide and deep.
Then suddenly, in the sixth year, the bamboo shoots up 90 feet in just six weeks.

Honoured to speak on the powerful theme — “Blooming in Silence” — at Entheon’s annual meet, thoughtfully hosted by Shri Peter Samuel and team.

What an enriching moment it was to reflect with 100+ professionals on the quiet power of growth — the kind that’s often unseen but deeply transformational.

The energy in the room was positive, bright… and most importantly, contagious.

Let’s talk about one of life’s most painful yet defining phases:
When you’re doing everything right — but nothing seems to be working.

You feel:
❌ Invisible, despite your effort
❌ Forgotten, despite your talent
❌ Trapped in a loop where every day feels the same

But… what if you’re not failing?
What if you’re just in your bamboo phase?

You’re trying your best, giving your all…
But nothing seems to move.
No applause. No recognition. No clarity.

And in that silence, self-doubt starts whispering…

But here’s the truth:

Silence isn’t always stillness.
Sometimes… it’s becoming.

Like the bamboo:
🎍 It grows roots for 5 years — underground, unseen
🌱 Then rises 90 feet in 6 weeks — strong, swift, unstoppable

Like the butterfly:
🦋 Inside the cocoon, it completely breaks down
💫 Only after dissolving does its beauty emerge

Sometimes we must unbecome who we were… to become who we are meant to be.

Like the seed:
🌰 Buried in darkness, it breaks open
🌳 Inside, it holds the potential to grow forests

Every quiet struggle is a silent rehearsal for greatness

So if you’re in a quiet season — stay the course.
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are simply preparing to rise…

Deeply. Beautifully. Powerfully.

You are not waiting.
You are blooming in silence.
